By accepting membership in the Association, I hereby agree, on my own behalf and on behalf of my family members, other residents and guests of my membership, that in accordance with the Association’s By-Laws, and N.J.S.A. 2A:62A-13, et seq., that the Association will not be liable in any civil action for damages as a result of bodily injury occurring on any property owned by the Association, including but not limited to the lake, beaches, clubhouse, other recreational facilities, roads, walkways, pavements, driveways, parking areas, and open spaces. In addition, any damage to personal property left on ELPOA property for any reason is solely the responsibility of the owner.
I hereby make an application for membership in Erskine Lakes Property Owners Association with the understanding that these monies will be returned if the application is not approved.
By accepting membership in the Association, I agree to abide by the By-laws and Rules and Regulations, to accept liability for the membership dues prescribed by the association. I understand that in the event payment of dues is not made or not made within a reasonable amount of time, liability for such dues continues and is cumulative for each calendar year of ownership as outlined in the ELPOA By-Laws Article 3 Section 5 (Regular) or Section 9 (Provisional).
I certify that the information contained in this application is true and understand that membership in the Association may be terminated at the discretion of the board of directors for falsification of application or for conduct unbecoming a member of the Association.
