ELPOA General Liability Disclaimer

As a member of the Association, I acknowledge, on my own behalf and on behalf of my family members, other residents, and guests of my membership that I am bound by the ELPOA By-Laws and the Rules & Regulations.  In addition, any damage to personal property left on ELPOA property for any reason is solely the responsibility of the owner, and the owner will indemnify and hold ELPOA harmless for any damage to personal property left on ELPOA property.

As a Platinum member I further acknowledge the following:

• Only 4 tags and 2 parking permits will be issued with this type of membership
• Good standing Regular member for at least 20 consecutive years without any gaps in membership (Join date 2004 or earlier)
• Attain the age of 65 (Born year of 1959 or earlier)
• Lives at the membership address with no more than one fulltime resident in the household under the age of 65
• If any of the above does not apply, then a full membership is required

I have read, understand, and agree to the ELPOA By-Laws and the ELPOA Rules and Regulations as amended. By signing this agreement, my family and I will abide by these By-Laws and Rules & Regulations.
